My name is Gilbert Cantu, and I am a Corpus Christi graphic designer, creative director, illustrator, and branding specialist with more than 27 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, typography, marketing design, photography, digital illustration, traditional illustration, and visual communication. I am the owner of Can2 Creative Company, a boutique graphic design studio in Corpus Christi, Texas, providing creative services for businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs throughout South Texas and beyond.

I graduated from the Art Institute of Houston in 1999 with a degree in Graphic Design and have spent nearly three decades helping companies build strong visual identities through strategic branding, logo design, website design, print design, advertising, and creative marketing solutions. Throughout my career, I have worked with advertising agencies, marketing firms, tourism organizations, healthcare companies, financial institutions, hospitality brands, and private clients on both regional and national projects.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of designing for well-known brands and organizations including Aston Martin, Victory Motorcycles, Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Toronto Convention and Visitors Association, Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, Kleberg Bank, and many others across the tourism, hospitality, healthcare, finance, and lifestyle industries.

In addition to operating my own creative studio, I previously served as an Adjunct Instructor for Graphic Design at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where I taught graphic design fundamentals, typography, design theory, branding principles, and Adobe Creative Suite software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Today, through Can2 Creative Company, I continue to provide professional graphic design services in Corpus Christi focused on branding, logo design, visual storytelling, digital marketing design, print collateral, website graphics, illustration, and strategic creative communication. My approach combines strong design fundamentals with personalized client relationships to create thoughtful, effective, and visually compelling solutions that help businesses stand out and grow.
